Every plan runs month to month. There is no contract to sign and no minimum term. Cancel by email whenever you like and the plan ends with the month you have paid for. Nothing is charged on any plan until you approve the finished site.

No hostage websites
Some builders keep the keys: the domain in their name, the files on their server, a price for leaving that only appears once you ask. Here it works the other way. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, and the design and the content are yours with it.
Cancel after month 18 and we hand over the complete code and help you move, no exit fee, no questions.

Is there a contract?
A short agreement in plain language, so both of us know what is being built, what it costs and who owns what. It runs month to month with no minimum term, and nothing in it locks you in.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the design and content are yours on every plan. On Own It Outright the code is yours from day one; on a monthly plan the complete code hands over after month 18.
How does cancelling work?
You send an email that says so. The plan ends with the month you have paid for, your domain and content leave with you, and past month 18 the code comes too, with help moving it wherever it goes next.
What does the monthly fee cover?
The $179 covers hosting, SSL, the domain, unlimited edits and support direct from the person who builds it. The $349 plan adds the Front Desk on top. The only extra that exists is $75, once, for a page past the first five.
What do the Front Desk apps do for me?
They cover the moments you cannot answer: customers book and pay deposits online, review requests go out after each job, a missed call gets a text back, and new leads get a follow-up instead of silence.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. It stays registered to you and the site connects to it. If you do not have one yet, one gets registered in your name from the start.
How fast can it go live?
Most of the wait is photos and service details from your side. Once those are in, a first version is usually ready to review inside two weeks, and you see a real date in writing before anything is charged.
What about changes later?
Send them over: new photos, new prices, a different service list, seasonal hours. Edits are part of the monthly fee and usually go live the same week. A whole new page past the first five is the one thing priced separately; that price is printed on the Website card above.
